President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has reiterated the government’s dedication to resolving the housing shortage faced by the nation’s security agencies.
He assured that the government’s housing policy, aimed at men and women in uniform, will be executed in its entirety.
This commitment was expressed by President Akufo-Addo during the inauguration of a 320-bedroom apartment complex for the Ghana Police Service personnel in Tesano, Accra, on Tuesday.
“This milestone is not just a testament to our determination to improve the living standards of our security personnel, but also a key step forward in our national quest for enhanced security and safety, he stated adding that the facility shows “our resolve to ensure that those who risk their lives daily to protect us have a safe and comfortable place to call home.”
In addition, President Akufo-Addo underscored the importance of providing further assistance to the Ghana Police Service.
